That's interesting, because just a few days ago I baked a batch of cornbread for the first time. I made a mistake and put the honey on top after I cooked it, rather than in the batter, which seems like it would be better.

It's gotta be diffused. I still have a ways to go though.. they weren't delicious enough. Famous Daves and Dalla BBQ still have better.
