Metal: A Headbanger's Journey.

Okay, let's start from the beginning of the week, Monday. Hanwei & I headed down to Ikea, had meatballs and salmon, met up with his sister, wandered around Ikea, and i found my perfect furnitures! Everything in my room will probably be made of antique stained wood, and the black metal day bed frame, i love the stuff i found. It practically got me all psyched up about moving now! Woohooo. So anyway, we went back to his place and watched Gilmore Girls, i'm now a huge fan! Haha.

Tuesday, went to visit Dalini at her place, watched the old movie, Death Warrant, it's really a typical b grade movie but it turned out so much better when they muted the show and came up with their own lines, it was hilarious i swear. Hahaha. Have a Van Damme good time! Okay, inside joke. HAHAHA! Hanwei, Han & I headed down to Siglap's Gelare for dinner and waffles after that, i mean, who can resist waffles on a Tuesday night? We headed down to Cold Storage to shop for the next day's lunch at Hanwei's, and basically, it was really fun hanging out with Han again. He's so much fun and it's damn funny how he protects me whenever Hanwei tries to hit or scold me. You should see how Hanwei pretends to shout, yell and threaten to hit me in public to see how passerbys react too. It's hilarious!

Wednesday's lunch was so good, steak, mashed potatos, roasted garlics and a very simple salad, lettuce and thousand island dressing, well, i'm quite easily satisfied okay. Hahaha. Hanwei and i basically spent the whole afternoon watching Gilmore Girls. It was a great lazy afternoon.

Today was such an experience. Hanwei, Han, Jared, Nicholas Lai and I met at Temasek Polytechnic at about 11 plus to do some filming for this project of Lai's and Jared's. Their other group members, Susan and Amalina were friendly people too! Sat around, help them do some surveys, went into the studio, got ready (that took a really long time), did make up (it was just putting alot of the brown eyebrow pencil below all our eyes and random red blusher around our face to look like bruises), then we started filming. Basically, the cast for this short production that has something to do with depression and suicide, was Hanwei, Han and I. So Hanwei acted as this short-tongued loser who got bullied by classmates, suffered depression then commited suicide, I acted as the girl who got jilted out of a sudden, suffered depression then commited suicide (it's so typical and stupid though) and Han was the study freak who had no life, suffered depression then commited suicide. It was really pretty hard to act depressed and all, when there is two jokers, namely Hanwei and Han who do retarded stuffs and crack you up, but it was an awesome time filming and watching Hanwei and Han act too!

Lai and his Slayer shirt.

All ready to start!

The stupid backdrop has holes so we had to use black marker then tape to cover them.

Han is so funny i swear.

WOOHOOO, the cast. Yes yes, note the sudden drop in height of the paper.

So anyway, we went to the Design School's canteen for a damn late lunch at 4 plus, bumped into my dad, left, went to Han's place where the guys started jamming for fun, so i entertained myself with his damn adorable slobby cat, Fat Cat. I know, what an original name but it fits, so heck. It's so damn ass cute, soft, clean and floppy, like it can walks around a little, then stops, lies down and stays there for damn long.

Her sleeping position.

Lai's Dog, Whitney. (Judging by the number of photos of Fat Cat and the only one single photo of Whitney, you can obviously tell which animal i love so much more!)

I swear i wanted to bring his cat home, but yea, and apparently Hanwei is so amused by how excited and happy i was when i was playing with Fat Cat. Well, i just have a thing for cats plus she's so damn adorable! So anyway, we then started watching 'Metal: A Headbanger's Journey.' then continued it at Lai's place where we also ordered Canadian Pizza! The documentary was really interesting, stuffs that people said in it made so much sense, like Ronnie James Dio, Dee Snider and Sam Dunn himself. I love the way Sam Dunn ended the show, something about if you don't appreciate metal music and all, 'because judging by the 40000 metalheads behind me, we're doing just fine without you.' Nice. HAHA!

Okay, tomorrow is Sentosa with The Lollipops! WOOHOOO!
Good night folks!

You know I'm born to lose, and gambling's for fools,
But that's the way I like it baby,
I don't wanna live for ever,
And don't forget the joker!

Pushing up the ante, I know you wanna see me,
Read 'em and weep, the dead man's hand again,
I see it in your eyes, take one look and die,
The only thing you see, you know it's gonna be,
The Ace Of Spades.
