I remember it like it was yesterday. The sun was shining, the pigeons were pooping, and the drivers were cursing. As I walked through lower Manhattan, I admired all of the wonderful city sights and sounds. It was SO beautiful!
I wish I could relive that day...because after that day, things were never the same. Why? Because I was evicted from my apartment for holding human sacrifices, I lost my job waiting tables at a hot dog stand, and to top it all off, I caught a bad case of mad cow disease. I had no choice but to move back to Alabama and live with my family. The sex was great but I was still unhappy. Ever since then, I've just been wandering around the country in search of loose change.
BUT...I will never forget the last GREAT day of my life: SEPTEMBER 11, 1999.
