Ahh cravings.
So, apparently when I can't have sweet things I turn to salty things. Who knew? haha. For breakfast I had a bagel thin (whole wheat) with crunchy peanut butter and jelly. For lunch I went to Brueggers bagels and had a sandwich (chicken, bacon, lettuce, honey mustard, cheddar) on fresh baked honey wheat bread. Two pickles and tea. It was a lot, but it was delicious. Dinner was a boring spinach wrap with turkey, honey mustard, lettuce, sweet pickles, and provolone. Now I'm chomping on a snack of peanuts and soy milk. Lots of water throughout the day. Not terrible. No sweets!
Work it out: well, zumba for 1hr obviously. And like 10 minutes of ab work. Not bad, not bad. Could be better though.
That's about all I've got.
