Days 5 and 6: Getting back into the swing of things

It's school. Honest to God. That's the reason why I have such poor eating habits. I do so well over the summer, when I'm at home, but certainly not here. Its because of the freaking food. It doesn't fill me up enough and I always eat a TON.

Day 5 (Mon): breakfast was two poptarts, lunch was a cheese stick, fruit roll-up, and some carrots, dinner was a flat bread sandwich with turkey, lettuce, sweet pickles, and provolone cheese, honey mustard on side. OJ and cranberry juice to drink, then I had a half a pb&j sandwich because I wanted one.

Day 6: breakfast was a bagel thin with plain cream cheese and a fruit roll up, lunch was a chicken caesar salad wrap, dinner was a Wegmans 6$ meal of fried fish, broccoli and mashed potatoes with some soy milk. Shit eating. At least I haven't had cookies or anything.

Work it out:

Day 5: 1hr of zumba, 20min walk, 30min half-assed dancing (for a flash mob thing, not really a work out)
Day 6: 20min on the elliptical, and 35min with muscle tone (gotta even out the cardio with the muscle toning)

Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I'm just happy I'm not eating cookies every 5 minutes. Sheesh.
