Yuletide and New Year Wishes

I think I may have had one of the best holiday seasons in recent memory. I think a large part of this was actually being in town for the holidays, which meant I managed to get out to a few parties, host one of my own, and spend time with many of my friends. Our basement was also whipped into some semblance of comfy, driven partly by our commitment to host christmas dinner for our families and the desire not to have to host it in around our kitchen table. We did that once, and OMG chaos! The basement still needs lots of work, but at least we've managed to clear out a sanctuary among the renovation madness.

I hope everyone had equally good, or even better, holidays; and that the coming years brings you all as much happiness, joy, laughter and prosperity as your hearts can hold... and then some.
