Life (and Death) Under the Sea
New Scientist has put on their website a selection of winning pics from an underwater photography contest run by WetPixel and DivePhotoGuide. They're stunning. And in some cases disturbing. Definitely worth a look.
EDIT: To dancingwolfgrrl's point: the pics aren't disturbing because they're gross. Maybe thought-provoking is a better description? emotion-provoking?
