By way of explanation... Over a week ago I booked some flights for Rotterdam with Ebookers. Yesterday I received a confirmation email from them to which I replied. I should have got this last Tuesday, but didn't because of a host of technical stuff (partly my fault, partly theirs). I got a phone call telling me because I didn't send an email

I have one long and almost unbelievable tale about Ebookers... A friend and I ordered our tickets to Hamburg over a month in advance. 3 days later some tickets arrived, but there'd obviously been a mix up and I was sent the wrong ticket. On the phone they gave me an address to send it back to, saying they'd send out the correct one as soon as they got that one back. I send it off the next day. Needless to say, they never did send me the correct one, even after phoning them diligently every single day, getting transferred and deferred around the entire organisation like it was a fucking joke to them (see: British Telecom Technical Support). Every day the phonecall would end with "what's your number? we'll call you back
