My hair looks the best:

a) Short - short
b) between ear and shoulder length
c) longer then my shoulders

and:

i) blonde
ii) red
iii) brown
iv) other

Its taken me since February 2007 to grow my hair from short-short to shoulder length, so cutting it off again can't be a spur of the moment decision.  The short cut I have in mind is this (back view here) but not in platinum blonde.
