It's quiet and overcast here, thank goodness. I hope it rains; we need it. Freakshow accompanied me to church yesterday. Gym last night--60 crunches, half of which were the kind where my feet are on the wall and my shins are parallel to the floor.  8.7 miles on the exerbike.
