The sun's down the horizon and the temperature's going down. This is the most silent I've ever heard our town be... The silence of the dead. I guess tonight we'll see whether we'll hold out or not. Been on the lookout up at the carpark with a few others, the rest are reinforcing the barricades and helping more people in. This mall is a positively good fortress. 4th to 6th stories are car parks, with a good 360 degree view of the entire place. My gods, I almost died. We kinda finished barricading the place up, and I was checking the floors to make sure each of the security exits are primed and barricaded. ... There's something shuffling in the back alley right under my room window and groaning. I can't see it, but this is freaking me out. There's no more dog sounds around. I think I'll go down to take a peek out the window...

... my gods. I think... there's a breakin somewhere behind my house. o_O there was a crash, and then there was a dog yelping. What are the guards doing?

... Can't sleep... The dogs are still shouting out there... hmm.... sounds a little bit lesser though.
