"I promise. I promise, I'll behave myself. Just let me go get some clothes." Eli told Renée, who was watching a movie from 2005 called Monster-In-Law and Eli was standing behind her looking a tad... nervous. He'd been there for a few days and he was really getting sick of his clothes he'd been wearing since he got here. Sure they had been washed and all, so they didn't have blood stains on them anymore but still, he seriously wanted a change of clothes.
"Sure, whatever. Just let me finish the movie." Renée told him, waving a hand in his direction while her eyes stayed glued on the Tv. She obviously was not the best Sire a newbie could have but then she was only a kid herself in vampire terms. Her parents outrage at her actions was well founded. But then she did kind of save him from dying, so they had to give her points for that but they wondered why she hadn't called them.
"I'm just going to go to kitchen, for something to eat. Do you want anything?" He asked her, as he moved towards the door that led to the hallway and waited for her answer. But after a few minutes it was pretty obvious he was not going to get one, so he left the room and headed for the kitchen it a testy mood. When he thought about vampires he didn't imagine them as Tv obsessed spoiled girls. Okay, a woman in her late twenties if he understood correctly but the way she acted sometimes was just so annoying.
The last few days he had just been exploring this place and all it's nooks & crannies. It was an insane house. It had 6 floors, 27 rooms, eight fireplaces (he counted), an indoor freaking swimming pool with the floor above that looks over the thing and just insane rooms. And some kind a backyard or something like a outdoor space. He hadn't been out there yet. He wasn't trusted out yet. Like he was a damn puppy or something. He was the puppy of the house.
He took the stairs two at a time and thought about the crazy inhabitants of this house. There was Renée who was quite possibly the sanest of them all, then there was her half-brother Aidan and his... boyfriend, Jay. They were the reason he was like this in the first place. He was still a little jumpy around them, even though Renée had assured him that they would not attack him again now that they had, had their little fun.
He hadn't seen much of the household staff, which consisted of one woman and one guy. You'd think a house this size would need more than two but who was he to question the way things worked around here. He's not even sure the guy speaks a word. He just glares at people from what he's seen. And the woman well, she's weird. But then Eli thinks he remembers that someone said she was European and had a big temper.
He had only once talked to Gabriel, who was Renée's father and well, he's glad he's only had to do that once. That guy scares the living crap out of him. Well, you know... whatever. Éloise was a nice lady, sometimes a little old fashioned but very nice. His mom would totally like her. But he doubts those two will ever chat over a hot cup of coffee. After all, she doesn't seem to drink coffee and he doubts his Mom would like to have a word over a hot cup of blood.
He wasn't so fond of the stuff himself. Maybe that would change and he was only having food issues but he only ever took a few gulps of it and then tried to get rid of the rest somewhere. He liked to eat in peace, because god, if the two troublemakers knew he was having this issue they'd probably call him something worse than Renée's little pet. Yeah, he knew about the cute little nickname.
He was dying to get outside, he had been cooped up for too long and he wanted to let Ben know that he was okay. So, he could tell his mom and sister not to worry too much. He just hoped that he wouldn't look at them like they were walking food. he hadn't really been around humans after he was turned and he didn't know how he was going to react but he needed to get out of her before he went insane. Unless he had already gone insane and this was all a hallucination, and he was strapped down to a bed somewhere.

TO BE CONTINUED... seriously.
