Reflection...

Hello my friends,

Now that the Thanksgiving long weekend is past us, I thought why not take a moment of your time and reflect on some things that you may be thankful for. It might not seem important, but I find we spend so much of our time complaining about the little things, why not give some thanks for the little things too?

I am thankful for so much, I have a wonderful family who I know will always be there for me, sure we may fight occasionally, but when it comes right down to it, I know in my heart that I will always be loved and cared about.

I am thankful to be able to live in a world that yes, has tragedy, but also so much joy. I spent this last weekend up at a cottage on Wolfe lake, and it really made me realize how much beauty there is in the world. we hear about all the suffering on an almost hourly basis thanks to the media, but every now and then stop; climb a tree, watch a bird singing, sit on the ground no matter how damp, and just listen to the world around you. Our Earth is a gift, we should remember to enjoy it as well as live on it.

I am thankful for all of the experiences I have lived through, good or bad, they have shaped who I am today, and for that I am greatful.

I am thankful for all of the opportunities I have had. I have seen, experienced, and lived so much in my short 20 years, and I look forward to whatever life has to offer me next.

Most of all I am so thankful for the people in my life, I have the bestest friends anyone could ever ask for, and who are all so unique and special that I know I will never stop learning from them, and have a blast in the process! I have an amazing boyfriend who has lived through so much pain, yet he is still one of the most honest, kindest and most generous people I have ever known.

For this, and so much more I am thankful.

take the world and make it yours again

We tell people we love them all the time but for once, just thank them, it doesn't have to be for anything in particular and sometimes it means even more then an 'I love you'.
