Summary: So basically, Arthur and Guinevere are in this kind of relationship where they're emotionally committed to each other without actually COMMITTING to each (meaning no labels attached). Gwen becomes tired of the sort-of-kind-of relationship between them and starts a 'real thing' with Lancelot. But of course, that fails miserably because she still loves Arthur. Arthur, on the other hand, even though he's emotionally committed to Guinevere, sort-of-kind-of cheats on her with Vivian. They talk about the state of their relationship and Arthur apologizes for what he did with Vivian. Gwen rebuffs his apologies. Arthur tells her he never loved another and in Gwen's heart, she thinks that it isn't true and that he really did love Vivian. Arthur tells her things may change, meaning that one day they may be able to show their relationship publicly. But Gwen is tired of waiting and indicates that until Arthur's ready to publicize their relationship, then he can have her.
