Coping.

Ever get that unpleasant feeling that no matter if someone has accepted the whole "you" as it were, they still don't believe you? It's almost worse, really, to hear that 'of course I understand', see them struggling with coping, and feeling guilty in general for burdening them with something they didn't want. (Though I always wonder why they accepted to know in the first place, when they were warned it wasn't normal/pretty/whatever.)

Normally I don't give a damn, but lately it's been eating at me in particular. If you're going to do something, do something. If you have a problem with it, then get it out in the air. If you don't believe her, or me, or any of the rest of us, that's okay. Just say so. It's a lot better than everyone hurting.

Anyone had experiences like this before? Friend, significant other, one of the three or four other people you wanted to trust about this stuff?
