House Get
Walf has made an offer on a home ande it has been accepted. Now paperwork, inspectors, cleaning, and moving. We officially own the property on Dec. 20.
It's down at the bottom of what the locals call "Snake Hill" for some obscure reason, and driving up that bigass hill with icy roads may be interesting. other than that I like the looks of the property. it's a cute little house in a decent (not wonderful but decent) neighborhood.
I am concerned by the low income, minority heavy neighborhood 4-5 blocks over. Purchasing a firearm or two for home defense is still on the table. Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe a 20 gauge and a .38 revolver.
