They're doing the floor in my basement on Friday (the next step in making it inhabitable again post-Great-Flood), and so I had to consolidate the stuff I had left in the basement so there would be room to move the rest of the furniture in and out as necessary. You should come move to Madison! I felt the exact same way and almost lost my mind while living at home in Minneapolis, but I finally screwed up my balls and my bank account and moved to Madison and I'm sooo much happier now.

Just sayin. It's where the cool kids are.

I've felt the same way living at home with my parents, cut off from all the connections, activities, and challenges I enjoyed at Lawrence. We should talk about this sometime. I hope things start to brighten up for you soon, and I hope you have a good weekend!
