Quarantine!!

So my weekend in Bellingham was glorious. I got in a fight in under an hour of my arrival, but the guy at the party was a jerk and deserved a whole lot of Momma J, it was entertaining regardless. I had forgotten how beautiful and crisp Bellingham gets in the Autumn and I think I'm going to miss it most during this season because of that. But my homies are well and that's grand. My girlfriend rode up with me and I dropped her in Seattle and was surprised by her new haircut and lube from her gay best friend, ha it was a fun combination.
In other news, a person whom shall go unmentioned (cough-B Dizzle) just may have given us all a Staph Infection... but we aren't sure. I've been looking up information and thus far do not believe we're at risk unless we suddenly all erupt in mountains of abrasions. I had a little hypochondriac moment in which I swore I was going to infect 35 kids at work, but that's not how it works. Hopefully she gets better though!
She made me a beautiful scarf and a wonderful book so I suppose I can forgive her for infecting us all...haha. I find the whole idea crazy and the more I read about it the more it sounds like some terrorist weapon of unleashing havoc on a society... what's up flesh eating virus?!?
I have to go back to work in an hour and I'm not terribly excited. A two night play with my parents this weekend and a sleepover with my lady and that's about the extent of my plans.
I made moose paperbag puppets at work today... ha and to think just a few months ago I actually had thoughts of being in a university studying gender studies... I'll just continue to believe that I've made a good decision but until I'm enrolled in some cosmetology school I think I'll continue to have this nagging feeling that I could have been better. With everyone going back to school and seeing all my Bellingham friends I realize I've lost so much of my drive and become so very numb to the world and youth. My relationships and daily things are all fine and I don't feel badly about them, but I used to feel passionate about issues, and have long conversations about society and the world and now I draw moose heads to be cut out by 5 year olds. Ha I guess I just miss the university town atmosphere a bit right now.
It'll pass or I'll do something about it.
