Cooking with Me
Had cooking adventure this evening, which involved curry. It was, for the most part, not nearly as disastrous as it could have been. And, trust me, my cooking can take disastrous to an entirely new level of pain and suffering both for the tastebuds and the cooking appliances/utensils.
Except for the part where I blinded myself with a Jalapeno, which was remarkably painful. (Mostly, I'm just impressed that the blender didn't try to top that...)
Am in the process of trying something (unrelated) new and rather different, which I'm rather pleased with. I'll likely hate it by the time it sees the light of day, but nevertheless... I'm momentarily cheered.
