Blast!
Today felt like spring, which is very very wrong for February in Ottawa. I actually went for a little walk, wearing a dress (I'm a pants person in winter) and canvas shoes - no coat.
Spring is coming. I know this not because of the bizarre weather but because crews started blasting the ice on the river outside my office.
