Monday through Friday, Miho Potrovati's twins attend a nursery school from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, and after they are taken home and a babysitter watches them from around 7:00pm to midnight.
On Saturdays, the babysitter comes again from 5:00pm to 3:00am. Miho takes breaks from his work to see them occasionally in no real conceivable pattern, so there's always a very slight possibility that he could show up. As for when they are least secure, I would suggest Saturdays after midnight when the twins themselves are asleep, the babysitter is preoccupied because they'd no longer have need to watch over them, and when Miho would not logically break off work given that his children wouldn't be awake to see him.
I suppose you could also try when they're being transported from one place to another, but I think that sounds much too tricky.
