1st Short Term Goal

I'm on the most well known diet in existence, the off and on diet. I get focused and determined for maybe like three days then it starts to wine down. Wait a couple days then I'm back on it. Its about time I take my own advise and start setting some short term goals here.

Here is my short term goal. I would LOVE to get back into the 200 pound range again. I have 11 pounds keeping me from this. I would like to reach this goal by my birthday, which is coming up pretty soon; December 30th. If and when I achieve this goal I will post up my next one. Sounds simple enough doesn't? Its just 11 pounds. I can do that. Somewhere between 290lbs from 299lbs is where I want to be by that time which seems like a reasonable amount of time for me.
