I think your problem is that you keep associating normal items with food. perhaps, Jazzercise would be good for you! After all, if you can't do strenuous activities, then aerobic dancng might be good for you. Otherwise, do see a psychologist about your food associating problem.

You could...always switch the kinds of foods you eat? Maybe, instead of eating a whole bunch of icecream when you're sad, eat a whole bunch of vegetables? And, you know, when you exercise, you don't have to be so intense Shin-san's just weird like that. Why not just stroll around the block?
