Too old for job changes...that's what people at job agents said. (Agents are who help job seeker to find suitable jobs and set up the appointments etc) It's not helpful you seek for professional help then told there're few for you in other fields...well but I got to find another!! It's because of the social system, here when you graduate from university you are expected to start working immediately and for the same company till you retire.
Too old for marriage...that's another traditional thought in Japan. You're over 25 and unmarried? That makes you old miss...Though it's changing slowly still many women over 25 yrs are even hinted to leave the office. They are too old for "nice viewings"- women being young and naive are what valued here, often among old and famed people/company.
Re angel...yes I remember your advice. Get over with him and move on. Right? Since my memory being so good like Elephants', it's hard to just forget. I remember most of the first meetings with people. I even remember yours though not the dates. You introduced yourself as Mei's and Zhie's big sis and offered flisting at probly Mei's LJ. The reason why I remember the day with the angel is because that date is the birthday of someone- same name but different nationality. (a lil complicated here)
