Thanksgiving review and more crap no one cares about...

Thanksgiving was nice. I picked up my granny and we went over to my aunt's house for dinner. As usual I felt a little out of place amongst all my cousins. They are all married as well, but they all have at least two kids apeice. My husband and I don't want children, not that we don't like them we just like our livies as they are. So when surrounded by so many parents the topic of conversation tends to lean towards child rearing and everything that goes with that. Needless to say I don't have much in common with them. Don't get me wrong I love my family but I feel a little left out at times.

My husband decied to build a workshop in the basement of our house. The once finished larege room was divided in two and the carpet was pulled up, a new wall went up along with a door to keep out the sawdust and dirt that will be floating around. He is going to fix the laundry area up for me as well and run the water line for the ice maker in the freezer. He is so handy! I love that he is capable of doing all of these things.

I'm so excited that my friend photoash  will be in town on Monday. Not sure what we will do yet but I'm sure we will think of something. I finished her Christmas present along with the ones I made for gaminette  and sara_tanaquil . I'll post a pic later but not untill they get them. I want to surprise them first.

new house, life
