Supernatural 3.10 **spoilers**
I love this show!
So it's true...two Deans are hotter than one. Sorry, couldn't stop myself. Most of what I want to say has already been said by people more articulate than myself, but I can't NOT say something, so we'll break my thoughts down by character:
Bela - She's really the kind of character I LOVE to hate. By that I mean, she's fucking with my boys and that pisses me off, but she does it in such a way that I can't help but like her a little. I'd like to shoot her, too, but mostly I just like her character and the variety she brings. And the fact that sleepy!Sam has the hots for her...well that just cracks me up. Awkward!Sam is SO fun. :D Oh, but stealing the colt? That flippin' blows. I hope Sam shoots her. You know...just a flesh wound. He owes her one anyway.
Bobby - I love love LOVE Bobby. It was great getting a deeper look into his character's past. Outside of Sam and Dean, Bobby is my favorite character. Even more so than John Winchester. *ducks flying tomatoes* I like the acknowledgment Dean gives Bobby - "You're like a father to me." Great moment! I hope we get to see quite a bit more of him in the rest of the season. I'm going to have to work him into the DR'verse at some point, he's just too good of a character to overlook.
Dean - Sooo...hot... *ahem* I mean, some intense scenes, yeah? Nice emotional blowout. It had to happen at some point, and the dream-walking made for a very interesting catalyst. I liked how he finally just laid everything out in the open during that scene against himself. Lots of emotion and Jensen's such a damn talented actor that he pulled it off without a hitch. And the fact that he was acting against himself? It can't be easy playing two sids of a coin in one scene. Mmmm...Dean...
Sam - Oh, Sammy boy. I can't decide from one scene to the next whether to worry about you, cheer you on, give you a bear hug, or just get drunk with you so we can drown our misery together. Yeah, things look bleak. And the path he treads? Getting darker by the minute. We still don't know exactly what Sam's been tangled in thanks to the YED.
