Brett and I had a heart-to-art discussion earlier today discussing my art identity crisis and I came out of it with an idea for my final project. It was a good conversation, even though Brett apologized for being a "space cadet" in an email later in the day. that is a really neat idea! is there a significance to using clothing and fabric you already own?

sometimes i have artistic existential crisises, as well. it's nice to have someone there to help you talk it through.

yeah, the clothing is an effort to give something of myself into the project and also to re-use resources that would otherwise possibly be thrown out, unused. Why go buy new stuff when I've got so much at my very fingertips going to waste ( ... )
