I'm so sorry and so sad. Kay was there for me at times when I really needed a calm and intelligent, thoughtful person to talk things over with. He was always kind, and always knew just what to say. I will miss him greatly and the world is worse for his loss.

He apparently fell asleep reading a book yesterday and passed in his sleep.

Rest in peace, Kay, and godspeed to a wonderful afterlife.
