For you internet radio lovers

There's something to be said for being your own boss, but in a lot of ways, you waste more time doing the crap that morally-challenged smiley types get paid to do for others when you could be keeping up on stuff that has more to do with why you started your own business in the first place.

Not having to hunt for contracts or work of any type for the last few months has put me in the enviable position of being able to both work for a living AND not having to waste time kissing as much reprehensible butt over phone and e-mail as I had been over the last 2 years or so.

So I'm starting get caught up on previously ignored portions of the tech world that I rarely had time to touch because that sort of spare time was a definite luxury.

During my white hat re-education process, I ran across this internet radio site:

http://somafm.com/

Plays on all modern software platforms, usually without much work.

When in doubt, select your station format by clicking on the "windows media" link for the station of your choice. Mac users are free to fly towards aac. Audophiles already know what they're looking for.

It's nowhere near what most people I know would willingly listen to, but enough of you have the sort of taste in music that longs for these sorts of stations.

Enjoy, if it's your thing.
