So we were on our way to WalMart yesterday, Tyler chose the radio station (some Top 40 crap--WNCI, Holly) and as we got into town, I hear sweet, innocent, 4 year old Leah singing from the backseat: "Ain't no hollaback girrrrrrl, ain't no hollaback girrrrrrl!" I don't even know what the hell that song is about but Leah loves it. She was even distractedly singing it last night when she was getting in bed. It might be inappropriate but it was pretty funny to hear her sing along.
Further proof that my daughter is too into music: When we were getting ready to leave the house yesterday, we had the following conversation.
Me: Leah, get your shirt on so we can leave.
Leah: Where we going?
Me: Town.
Leah (in all seriousness): Funkytown?
I've lost a grand total of 22.5 lbs. I've had 2 really good weeks so I'm expecting a maintain next week. But I'm just that much closer to my goal! Woohoo!!! And I've discovered that sugar free Fudgesicles are absolutely delicious and better and cheaper than the No Pudge brand fudge pops.
