[dw, tech] Filters mostly working
Okay, I kinda mostly have my access filters straightened out, thanks to 
kareila's help pointing me at the DW console, which allowed the automating of a solution. I still have some manual inspection of edge cases to go, especially cases where one individual has several accounts, which I hope to go back and figure out... soonish.
But if you used to be able to read my locked posts on LJ, and can't on DW, drop me a private message. I haven't made any delibate policy changes at the moment; if something is different, it's inadvertent or in queue.
I still haven't dealt with subscriptions. That will have to wait for the new year.
