[tech, dw] Mysterious vanishing comments?
A friend who just imported to DW wrote under lock (quoting w/ permission): So I unfriended all the LJ syndicates, and all the comments on my old posts vanished. Welp.
This... sounds like a horrible bug? Does somebody know what would cause this?
Further investigation has clarified the missing comments were not connected with unfriending the OpenID accounts, but something else entirely, and a support request has been filed. Thanks!
