[lj, admin] LJ erratic/slow sending email notifications

I am getting notification emails about comments in my journal way late -- in some cases more than a day late. And out of order. And I think it's a problem on LJ's end -- I've checked headers, and the delay is between time of message and time TheSchwartzMTA gets a hold of it from localhost.

I'll try to monitor Recent Comments, but if the problem extends to replies to my comments in others' journals, doing that won't help with those.
