so all i did was trade one bad habit for another. both are harmful to my health. its stupid.
i realllllllly need someone to call when i cry.
i also need a healthy way to deal with being sad or mad
because eventually these cuts wont fade
or ill press to hard
and then where will i be?

seriously, I know how you feel about calling late at night even if people tell you to, because you feel like youre interrupting but
you > sleep + wrath of family (if this was to happen, which it doesnt)
