Why is it that the book I want is not available until the 18th at evil Books a Million, but is available at Barnes and Noble; however I can't login to use my member card so therefor I can't order it???!!!

And by the way B&N your customer service didn't help much. Or maybe that was my fault, but I kind of thought that saying my email address was no longer valid would be a clue. I love you B&N, I used to work for you, but why is this so hard!?
