where did my summer go?
since my last post my room is still not clean yet.
a couple of weeks ago i realized that it was august and wondered what i had done with my time. for the most part ive just been working, and then coming home to crash and fall asleep around 9 or ten. i told them my last day of work (tomorrow) two weeks in advance thinking id have a week to myself before i had to student teach. that doesnt look like its going to happen. monday is student teaching orientation in dekalb from 8am-4pm. my weekend should be spent clearing out my room so that i have a place to work once teaching starts. wednesday is a teacher institute day at schaumburg middle school and the next day is the first day of school.
ive been doing some computer work for friends/family lately and getting some decent, tax free money for it.
i need a day to sleep in, but since im so used to waking up at 5:30am i can never sleep past 9.
