I like to look on the bright side of things. Yesterday was a pretty sucky day all around and I decided to make this one better and reflect on all the great things happening recently.

I am so thankful that this semester is so much easier on me. I have 4 classes, and none of them are particularly "cake" classes but 3 are things I really enjoy with teachers I have had before. This week with midterm after midterm, I have been stressed but leaving the exam feeling pretty good. Not to mention that I have t-2 months left until I am officially graduated!! WOOOOOO! I have busted my butt and never took the easy way out, so despite a less then perfect GPA I think I have done pretty darn well over the years.

I have also begun to go to the movies at least once a week or so. I have instituted a mandated movie day, either late Thursday night or early Friday afternoon, to go see a movie in the real world instead of merely huddling in my bed. I am happy I started getting out more, I missed going to the movies. Its better that I plan that as a regular event so I do not push it off like I was doing before.

I am also grateful for those friends of mine who have been listening to my ramblings. Flying Turtle and I have definatly had some very odd strings of conversations. I swear its like humming birds on crack. I also like having highass and his gf around to talk to, even if it is just on aim with how busy he is. We need to find a time to go out again soon as a group. I have had hard times recently with certain things and they never forgot or ignored me so I am happy to have them around to play with:-)

I am of course thankful for Peach, even if he is a grumpy bear. With his new work schedule and my polar opposite schedule it has been rough seeing him the past few months. He is always sleeping, but with catnaps as compromise and me spending time with his mom we have managed to actually have a few hours together at a time. Versus one hour awake then back asleep. His mom has been going through a rough time and she needed a random girl friend and has remarked how she like going out with me so I am thankful to help her during her time of need. So its nice to have a happy Peach when I actually get to spend time with him.

I am also happy to have spring break coming up as of after my midterm today as well. It will give me time to get ahead on my reading, relax, get new clothes (yucky I have to venture to malls and shop), and hopefully see the doctor about some health tests. All in all things always have a bright side, I don't even want to think about the few rough things going on.

thankfulness, graduation, friends, school, significant other
