Weebles Wooble but they don't fall down......
Mr. Hedgie Weeble the Third was brought home tonight. He is a baby hedgehog that is very friendly. Normally the information said they prick to begin with when first meeting you. He opened right up and began exploring. It was the first and last one we looked at. He is sweet and has already begun anointed himself with me (they lick and bite you to get your scent and spread it on their quills). He kept biting and licking at me, a little more so then Peach...damn its good to be female, animals are less threatened.
He is very active and has a bundle of personality. I never thought a hedgehog would be sooooo curious. Usually they are a little more laid back at first, but Weebs just walked all over the place. The ride home for him was rough though, he was in a box and they don't have good grip. They also ball up when scared. So this meant a rollie pollie hedgehog in a box.
He is dark colored on the inside with white quill tips. There will be pictures posted soon so don't worry. Also, no matter what Peach says...he is my hedgie!!! Although Peach is his second favorite:-) hehe
Weeble almost ended up with a different name though due to the car ride. He must have been an itchy little fella cause he kept scratching and thumping in the box. He was this [ ] close to being Thumper. Well enough about cute pokie buddies for now...
