So you guys, here's a good reason not to take OTC thyroid medication.

I have lots of the symptoms of hypothyroidism.  But it turns out I also have very low cortisol levels, which suggests adrenal or pituitary problems that may be making the thyroid hormones less effective (or I may just have multiple failing glands).

Creepy spam-"fan-mail" writer Dr. L Prakash is now posting to lj as prolificauthor.

He posted to my earlier message. I deleted, and have banned him. Might want to pre-emptively do the same, though I doubt it'll stop him turning up with different names.

This is just to let everyone know that I've been contacted by a Dr. L. Prakash, who claimed in the email to be the victim of unjust pornography laws in India. News articles suggest he's guilty of something more like repeat sexual abuse. Among other things.
