I have no idea how you all managed to stumble in here along with us, but I promise, it will be rectified within the week. However, while this is being sorted out I am still going to have you running around my city acting like the idiots you are. So, to make clear - This is Domino City, Japan, or something like it. No, you will not be staying here. I have put a few Research and Development teams onto finding a way for you to get back to your homeworlds as quickly as possible. If you and I have not met, it would be extremely helpful to get a name and a short description of your world as soon as possible. If a city like this is entirely new to you...may I suggest spending your time waiting either with a television or the Internet? It will at least assist you in understanding why people might be laughing at you as you gawk at everything.
Those of you who are from different areas of Japan, we will also be quite willing to fund your train or or plane tickets home, whichever might be easier. Go ahead and buy the ticket, sent the receipt and a return address to us, and we'll forward you the reimbursement. This will not, however, be honored past a week. There will be no incentive for you to stay here.
If there is not a possible way to your home worlds within the week, or you do not return home on your own, you will be provided a plane ticket to wherever else in this world you may with to go. I have things to do and no time to deal with anyone's problems beyond the short term. Anyone who is overly disagreeable about this will be sent to Siberia. I don't have the patience for it.
Rule of law exists in Domino City. If you get caught by the police, Kaiba Corporation will not be assisting you. If you get caught defacing Kaiba Corporation property, and there is a lot of it, we will be prosecuting you to the full extent of the law. There will be no leniency given for your..'situation'. Anyone who is caught within fifty meters of KaibaCorp Tower without invitation, and my security team will have a full list of names and descriptions for all of you, you will be held and deported as soon as possible without option.
That should be clear enough for most of you to understand. Just keep in mind that you have to play by my rules, or you don't get home. Simple as that. I have as little interest in having you in my city as most of you have in staying. But for now, on behalf of Kaiba Corporation and our stockholders, welcome to Domino City, or at least a very convincing facsimile of it. But that will be determined in a few days, at most.
