So, a random thought came to me today. How does a post-op transgendered person have sex? Like...okay, if a guy got the operation and became a girl...how...I mean do they still have anal sex or...vaginal? Can they have vaginal?

Bloody Hell. I've started re-obsessing about Final Fantasy X (10). It's such a great storyline and I have a fascination with Zanarkand. :3
