Dim Scene dvd report: encore
As the screen brightens again after a little time skip, we see the crowd chanting and screaming for the encore. One thing I think that would make me totally nervous being at one of their concerts is that i'd be worried they wouldn't come out. I don't THINK they've done it recently, but they have said that they wont come out for an encore unless the crowd really wants it and isn't just expecting it. Standing and calling and waiting and waiting and waiting would drive me insane, but thankfully right now, I'm watching the DVD and not at the concert for right now and of course they come out.
Kai walks across the stage looking SO boss! Seriously, I love the shit out of his hair. I love how he run-jumps up on the stage with the bandanna over his face a la Reita style. I think it might just be the hair, but I don't think I've ever really paid much attention to kai except cooing over his smile. He looks so ... manly o_O *usually would describe kai with words like ADORABLE* On the otherside of the stage, Reita jumps up like the badass he is. Kai gets to the middle first and raises his arms up in the WHOS THE MAN fashion |D~ :O holy crap do you see his arm muscles? Reita jumps up and they do that manly one arm hug thing then they both hop off to get their instruments.
Ride with the ROCKERS + GxTxH [Go To Hell]
I read in the reports for the tour lives that there was a new Ride with the Rockers and I was a little worried they wouldn't play it for the final and I would have been sad but they played it!!! yay! It sounds pretty cool; I didn't like it the first time I heard it. Ah... well I liked it, but thought it sounded kinda... messy? Like it was too new for them to really be into it kind of thing.
But anyway, Reita jumps up to Ruki's mic and starts yelling out to the crowd. There's a funny shot at reita where Kai's cymbals look like they're blocking out his face LOL XD I had to go back and check to make sure it was a cymbal. Despite of the 'messiness' of it, RWTR was pretty awesome.
OMG BUT TAT Kai didn't talk! What ;____; This concert had almost NO MCs shown at least so far... Just a few super short ones from Ruki between songs... Kai's MC with NLSG was *_* adorable... his one for RCE was kinda eh o_O cause all he was doing was saying thanks and all... I know I don't understand what he's saying, but his tone was like 'yeah thanks... I'm just saying thanks cause you know.. I GOTTA' LOL XD I know that's not what he said, or meant, cause Kai's not an asshole, but still. And now he's not talking at all ;.; aww
BUT RIGHT AWAY THEY GO INTO GO TO HELL! AAAAAAAAAAH *______* I read the reports and was all excited for it, but when the track list for the DVD came out I didn't see it and I was so sad. I'm listening to it and I'm like ooh this part's new too! ....Why does it sound so familiar o_O?? Seriously I think I got through half the song before realizing what it was LOL XD It was driving me insane until I found myself humming the words along with the guitars and I was like :O! SNEAKY BASTARDS!!
Aoi and Uruha come out with the first strum of their guitars. Uruha looks pretty cute here in his t-shirt vest combo, it may be his new fav style LOL XD we've seen those adorable radio pics floating around in those insane clothes combo. Don't remember? Does this jog your memory?? XD lololol Aoi's wearing a really low cut shirt LOL :| after that whole open shirt thing he should ahve just come out with no shirt :| except fans might have died. That would have put a damper on the encore.
Aoi and Uruha run passed each other and collide in a high five |D jhfwuehfw <3 I think it was during this song that I noticed how cool Uruha's pants were xD I'd never be able to pull them off, but I want them. Shots of the crowd you also see fans barefoot on the floor headbanging. Maybe I'm just use to concerts in clubs and stuff but there's no way in hell I'd want to take off my shoes like that... You don't know wtfs been on that floor.
IOJFEWOFJ *___* I love when Uruha falls to his knees and points out to the crowd like they're the best *___* HE'S SO ADORABLY ENERGETIC IN THIS CONCERT!! I LIKE. He's so madly in love with the crowd and keeps playing with them *__* I think he did his yelling part with Reita and Aoi like ...once? XD the rest of the time he's running from side to side of the stage to the stands.
AND AOI YELLS TO THE CROWD!!!!! WHOOO XD I never really noticed how higher pitched his voice is from the others till now. The others are all definitely bass voices, Aoi's a tenor. OMFHGGGG BUT I LOVE HIS YELL *___* OMG and the way his hair is all flopped in hsi face cause again, it appears they've used less hair spray this time xD their hairs all floofy. But. hair in face. :| *grabby hands* OMG AND AOI DOES HIS DORK DANCE YEEEEEEEES you know the weird one he does like at the beginning of Swallowtail IN RCE?
I love this song so much, and no knocking on Ruki, but I think I like it better without the words.
UNF and i love Uruha's little solo at the end and how he sorta just slumped like a dead marionette and the end xD

So I never saw Ruki come out onto the stage. I think the camera panned away just long enough so he wasn't there and then suddenly he was. I watched the Encore out of order because Social Riot Machines and 貴女ノ.. were out, but I can't remember which I watched first. I think it was 貴女ノ... I was staring all *___* eeee at the screen until Ruki sorta walked away from the stage and the camera followed him and I was like ....waat D: wtf is he wearing? A flannel dress? Yes maybe :| Skye pointed out that it's more like a bathrobe. Maybe he's trying to remind us that he was just sick and rolled out of bed just to come to the concert? xD I love him so much.
OH AND DID ANYONE ELSE NOTICE HIS TORN PANTS?? :3 That's more Ruki leg then we've seen in AGES. He's getting generous. check out those skinny knobby knees. Er, sorry, anyway. Ruder. OH GOD EXCEPT since I saw Ruki's clothes in later songs, I missed the sun glasses he wore coming out. What ruki? XD WHAT. You are inside. You don't need to wear sun glasses. I thought at first they were like seeing glasses, but they are tinted.
Anyway, sorry. Lol. Ruder is one of the songs that I like to watch more then I like to listen to. Again, it seems like it'd be SO much fun to experience live, but it's one of the songs I listen to for background music and only really watch if I'm watching the making of. ): In older concerts I watch for the fan service, which wasn't a lot in this concert for some reason :O Ruki's glasses seem to make him forget to watch his face in this song xD he makes quite a few hilarious faces as he's singing that look unintentional... Wish I could screen cap this whole DVD lol but sadly I can't xD; And Aoi... :| damn you you sexy slutty man.
Uruha's solo was TEH AWESOME and I love how Aoi jumped up at the end and there was eye contact and HUGE ASS grins *__* I LOVE SEEING THEM HAVE SO MUCH FUN!!! Halfway through the song Ruki lost his glasses. I think he took them off to head bang, or they flew off his face LOL Would have been awesome if they flew off into the crowd. The fan that caught them would be so happy xDD

Ruki giggled-laughed a lot during Ruder, but at the very end gave his manical laugh you knooooooooow means THIS *____* SOCIAL RIOT MACHINES!!!!!!!!!! ONE OF MY FAV LIVE SONGS!!
AAAH I LOVE how Ruki sings so fast for this :O and the headbanging part eeee!! This is one of the songs I didn't fall in love with till I heard it live. NLSG I think is my favorite performance I love the fireworks they used for it

It's around here that you also start to see that Ruki's not exactly 100%... cause while he's throwing his all into the concert, he's screaming and growling into the mic less. It never ceases to amaze me how dedicated they are to the band and their fans during concerts. During Decomposition Beauty, Reita had like what... a 103 degree fever? I remember Aoi said in an interview later that he kept looking back at Reita to make sure he wasn't like ... dead xD Now ruki *__* WE LOVE YOU GUYS

So then the arena goes black except for a few red lights. And everyone's cheering and stuff and OMG XD this is one of my favorite crowd moments. There's the first strum of the guitar... and everyone's like ...yaaay...? like YES NEW SONG WAIT GOSH THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR D:... then then there's the second strum and Ruki starts singing and there's an EXPLOSION FROM THE CROWD OMGOMGOMG!!!!! HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN SINCE WE'VE HEARD THIS LIVE???? I think it's hilarious how they all keep a straight face when the crowd goes nuts... if I were them, I'd be grinning ear to ear like ISNT THIS A NICE SURPRISE JUST FOR YOU??? xDD
Everyone starts throwing themselves around in the crowd to dance and Aoi and Uruha are bouncing on their sides *__* RUKI'S VOICE IS AMAZING.

*giggles* and people in the crowd are knocking people away so they can get into the aisles to dance.
This performance was awesome xD I think the only thing that would have made it better was if Ruki did the dance he does in the PV

UNFGHERUGHW THIS SONG. After Discharge, it's my favorite live song ever. I REALLY REALLY HOPE THEY NEVER GET TIRED OF PLAYING IT LIVE :| I want to witness it myself in person one day.
AWESOME AWESOME!! Ruki yells at the crowd for a bit, then says the line he did before he started Kantou in RCE (*has no clue what it is*) "WELCOME TO HELL!!!" (thanks lonely_ai) as soon as they hear it, the whole first row of one block throws themselves on their hands and knees to headbang to Kantou. I LOVE how Ruki says the song name too xD like a BATTLE CRY! Usually he growls the 'dogeza' part, but this time he shouted out each syllable and it was cute. I love watching the crowd headbang together. I never really understood headbanging during the song cause you might miss something, but I had to watch it like 6 times cause I kept doing it myself xD
GYAH AND AOI'S SOLO!! *_______________* :| my favorite of his kantou solos is still from NLSG cause he's all 8DDDD while he's doing it, but this one sounded pretty rad too *__* and meanwhile in the background Uruha and Ruki are spitting up mists of water to Kai. One of my friends say it's really gross but I think I'd be thrilled to be spit on by Ruki xDDD Then they all run away to do their own things leaving kai all alone xD Reita and Uruha are dancing together at the outter wing... I noticed Ruki didn't jump out into the Arena this time... guess he didn't think he was well enough to face the massive fans grabbing at him. He did jump off the wing on Aoi's side to go up to the stands like he was going to, but instead he flung water at them xD quite violently too I think he hit one of the crew. Omg and he winks at the crowd at one point too |D at least it looked like a wink, hsi hair was covering his other eye.
UNF AND REITA DID throw his bass up!! the live reports I read weren't sure. Maybe it was just the angle of the camera, but it didn't look like he threw it too high... maybe it's cause terrible things have happened when he does it so he was playing it safe for the final? Terrible meaning broken finger, broken bass, face smashing, xD you know. Terrible things that make us gasp in concern then bust out laughing as we shake our heads at him.
I LOVE when Uruha gets on his hands and knees and leans out over to the crowd reaching for them. Seriously, I don't think I've seen him having so much fun at a live before xD However, dear Uruha is forgotten temporarily in my brain as Aoi jumps up behind Ruki on the stand and throws his guitar UP AND ARCHES HIS BACK AND WAILS AWAY WITH THE WAMMY BAR. Reita jumps up to Kais drum set at one point and Kai gets this OMFGADORABLE grin on his face like YAY YOU REMEMBERED ME XD And one aisle of fans are starting to headbang in groups now :OO which later becomes the entire AISLE arm over shoulders in sync headbanging group Which looks SO COOL xD Im always curious whats going through the guys heads as they're watching the crowd. Like I know they have to watch what their playing and stuff, but you can tell in most parts they don't have to think about it cause they've played their songs so many times, so wtf are they thinking about xD

The beginning hand motions for this song is some of my favs. I love how the crowd claps on one side, then jumps to the person next to them to clap at them, then does the same for the other side. It's super cute. My favorite set of hand motions is for Akai One-piece, but sadly was not played ;.;
Again, there's lots of crowd dancing in this song X3 the tones of the finals are always so different... like NLSG there was just... like awe because the tour was so huge for them. RCE as very serious imho. This concert is just FUN. Everyone's having such a good time. The guys dance on stage for Linda has made me lawl ever since the first time I saw it. You know that jump with one leg up thing? It looks like dogs when they piss I'm sorry xD That's all I see when they do it and it makes me giggle no matter what.

Actually, i think i love Aoi's pants too xD I've never really paid that much attention to their clothes before cause I've seen them in photoshoots, but I keep noticing little things about them that I like xD
Oh and their thank yous ;w; <3 <3 blowing kisses and bowing to the crowd. I didn't notice the first time I watched it, and just saw Aoi do it, but both him and Uruha take their guitars off and hold them out to the crowd and kiss them. I dunno why but that was very cute and touching to me. Aoi hangs his guitar on his mic so carefully *w* and Kai comes down to start throwing his drumsticks to the crowd and this weird disc thing I'm not sure what it is o_O Uruha walks off the stage with his arm around Ruki who looks like hes coughing and exhausted ;o;!!!! *worryworry*
After Kai's finished, the lights dim and all you can see are the words DIM SCENE in the LED screens at the back of the stage. The Audience immediately starts screaming for an encore

The lights come back on as Ruki's walking back onto the stage. Everyone's screaming and cheering for them as he picks up his mic. It was really touching how he whispers thank you to the crowd, and murmurs other stuff to them *wishes she spoke japanese* then yells LETS GO! MESEINEN!!! and the whole audience explodes with cheers as the streamers shoot out over the crowd. This is my absolutely favorite song to end their finals with ;A; It's so perfect and touching and I ALWAYS cry when I watch it all the way through. Especially if Ruki starts getting choked up, then I'm like *BAWLS*
I was really sad though that they ended the concert without showing Ruki's last MC to the crowd... Did he not talk to them at the end? I cant remember if they said anything in the live reports, but I really love listening to him talk and they didn't show it *shakes fist*
Sorry I don't have much to say on the song, it's just all around awesome and touching and the crowd was crying too and ;O; I can't go into detail or I'll start to cry and I have to go to work xD
I haven't gotten to see all of disc three yet, the part that's uploaded is just Ruki's angle... I got my confirmation slip this morning DAMN YOU MAIL MAN I WAS HERE WHY DIDN"T YOU KNOCK?! so I'll be getting my DVD tomorrooooow :333 and I'll get to watch that too whoooo!!

One of my friends say it's really gross but I think I'd be thrilled to be spit on by Ruki xDDD Then they all run away to do their own things leaving kai all alone xD Reita and Uruha are dancing together at the outter wing... I noticed Ruki didn't jump out into the Arena this time... guess he didn't think he was well enough to face the massive fans grabbing at him. He did jump off the wing on Aoi's side to go up to the stands like he was going to, but instead he flung water at them xD quite violently too I think he hit one of the crew. Omg and he winks at the crowd at one point too |D at least it looked like a wink, hsi hair was covering his other eye.
UNF AND REITA DID throw his bass up!! the live reports I read weren't sure. Maybe it was just the angle of the camera, but it didn't look like he threw it too high... maybe it's cause terrible things have happened when he does it so he was playing it safe for the final? Terrible meaning broken finger, broken bass, face smashing, xD you know. Terrible things that make us gasp in concern then bust out laughing as we shake our heads at him.
I LOVE when Uruha gets on his hands and knees and leans out over to the crowd reaching for them. Seriously, I don't think I've seen him having so much fun at a live before xD However, dear Uruha is forgotten temporarily in my brain as Aoi jumps up behind Ruki on the stand and throws his guitar UP AND ARCHES HIS BACK AND WAILS AWAY WITH THE WAMMY BAR. DEAR GOD THATS SO DAMN HOT TO WATCH \*0*/
Reita jumps up to Kais drum set at one point and Kai gets this OMFGADORABLE grin on his face like YAY YOU REMEMBERED ME XD And one aisle of fans are starting to headbang in groups now :OO which later becomes the entire AISLE arm over shoulders in sync headbanging group Which looks SO COOL xD Im always curious whats going through the guys heads as they're watching the crowd. Like I know they have to watch what their playing and stuff, but you can tell in most parts they don't have to think about it cause they've played their songs so many times, so wtf are they thinking about xD
I would also like to know the official lyrics to this song :| and Discharge. It's on my list of 'Questions to Ask Ruki if I Ever Get him Locked in a Room'

The beginning hand motions for this song is some of my favs. I love how the crowd claps on one side, then jumps to the person next to them to clap at them, then does the same for the other side. It's super cute. My favorite set of hand motions is for Akai One-piece, but sadly was not played ;.;
Again, there's lots of crowd dancing in this song X3 the tones of the finals are always so different... like NLSG there was just... like awe because the tour was so huge for them. RCE as very serious imho. This concert is just FUN. Everyone's having such a good time. The guys dance on stage for Linda has made me lawl ever since the first time I saw it. You know that jump with one leg up thing? It looks like dogs when they piss I'm sorry xD That's all I see when they do it and it makes me giggle no matter what.
hehehe and I love rukis 'rap' I guess part while everyone else is dancing on stage |D~
Actually, i think i love Aoi's pants too xD I've never really paid that much attention to their clothes before cause I've seen them in photoshoots, but I keep noticing little things about them that I like xD
Oh and their thank yous ;w; <3 <3 blowing kisses and bowing to the crowd. I didn't notice the first time I watched it, and just saw Aoi do it, but both him and Uruha take their guitars off and hold them out to the crowd and kiss them. I dunno why but that was very cute and touching to me. Aoi hangs his guitar on his mic so carefully *w* and Kai comes down to start throwing his drumsticks to the crowd and this weird disc thing I'm not sure what it is o_O Uruha walks off the stage with his arm around Ruki who looks like hes coughing and exhausted ;o;!!!! *worryworry*
After Kai's finished, the lights dim and all you can see are the words DIM SCENE in the LED screens at the back of the stage. The Audience immediately starts screaming for an encore

The lights come back on as Ruki's walking back onto the stage. Everyone's screaming and cheering for them as he picks up his mic. It was really touching how he whispers thank you to the crowd, and murmurs other stuff to them *wishes she spoke japanese* then yells LETS GO! MESEINEN!!! and the whole audience explodes with cheers as the streamers shoot out over the crowd. This is my absolutely favorite song to end their finals with ;A; It's so perfect and touching and I ALWAYS cry when I watch it all the way through. Especially if Ruki starts getting choked up, then I'm like *BAWLS*
I was really sad though that they ended the concert without showing Ruki's last MC to the crowd... Did he not talk to them at the end? I cant remember if they said anything in the live reports, but I really love listening to him talk and they didn't show it *shakes fist*
Sorry I don't have much to say on the song, it's just all around awesome and touching and the crowd was crying too and ;O; I can't go into detail or I'll start to cry and I have to go to work xD
I haven't gotten to see all of disc three yet, the part that's uploaded is just Ruki's angle... I got my confirmation slip this morning DAMN YOU MAIL MAN I WAS HERE WHY DIDN"T YOU KNOCK?! so I'll be getting my DVD tomorrooooow :333 and I'll get to watch that too whoooo!!
