I think I'm experiencing a motivational low, likely inspired by having a 4 day weekend last weekend. And skipping half of the workouts I was supposed to be doing. Oops. I'm finding I actually like long runs better than short ones. I'm more excited about doing Decker+4 than the many upcoming 5K's.
I just keep surprising myself. Maybe I actually will admit that I am a runner soon.
Hang in there and go run your tempo run!!!! And ride with me tomorrow afternoon!
