Some of you know I have self-confidence issues. Some of you know I had a traumatic eye injury when I was 10, just before entering into the 5th grade. Not sure many of you know that the latter is the main cause of the former.
I've mentioned that I had to wear an eye patch in 5th grade, but that just sounds like some cool pirate sort of thingy, right? I scanned in my class picture from 5th grade, so you can see what I looked like. Now factor in cruel 5th graders who mock anything Different.
