I have no words.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SØREN LARSEN IS MY GOD!!!!! *bounces*

Okay! To start with the very beginning! I met up with xavantina at the train station (eeee!!) and we found a place to eat. While our food was being prepared we started drinking the OJ and vodka she'd brought (which was actually a brilliant idea, because drinking beer only makes you need to pee). We ate (and drank) and headed into the stadium. Which was when we found out that Turkey had beat Ukraine and that unless Albania beats Turkey we really could skip the match against Georgia. But we decided to not care and just have fun. And we did!!!!

Goal #1: Claus Jensen. This was his third goal in a row, which was just absolutely unbelievable. He played a really really wonderful match and he's seriously had his second debut on the national team. I love him.

Goal #2: CHRISTIAN!!!!!!!!!! EEEEE!!!! I love love love!!!! He scored his second goal!!!! I was just....aaaaaaah!!! I was bouncing and hugging Cecilie and life was just WONDERFUL!!!! And he looked to happy! The only thing missing was Søren Larsen and a really really long (and shirtless) hug. But we'd get that later.

And then we had a Georgian goal, but let's just forget about that

Goal #3: Daniel Agger!! He's currently at Brøndby (*hates*), but we're all thinking he's going to go somewhere big (Liverpool offered just over 7 mil € for him, but Brøndby wanted 9). The really cool part is that he's a defender. Who scores. Which is really great.

Goal #4: Jooooooooon!!!! Aw, how we missed you scoring (yes, I know he scored against England...). He looked so relieved when he scored, as if he's been waiting for this for too long.

During the first half people had been randomly yelling "where's Søren Larsen!?" and started chanting his name (I think Cecilie and I were the loudest). When he wasn't on the field after the break everyone joined in. Can you imagine, you've played four matches and then, out of nowhere, you have just under 30,000 people shouting your name. Without having done ANYTHING! So I think Morten Olsen felt the pressure and finally he subbed him. Unfortunately Christian had just been subbed as well, so no slash. Yet.

Goal #5: SØREN LARSEN FUCKING SCORES! He'd been in for 10 minutes and the first chance he gets, he scores. I tell you, I have *never* heard people shouting a name that loud. People were just ecstatic!! And if I don't have a voice tomorrow, this is why.

Goal #6: And he scores again!!! Søren Larsen 4-eva!! That's six goals in the last four matches. And he's only been on the national team for five matches! All in all he hasn't played three whole games. I love statistics.

We were hoping that either Søren would score a hattrick or Kenneth would score a goal, but 6-1 is a pretty nice result, too. If only it would count for something... As Morten Olsen said after the match, "This is the kind of playing they'll miss at the WC"

But on to the slash! After the final whistle Søren immediately ripped his shirt off and started hugging left and right. Christian slowly made his way in his direction, congratulating people on the way. And then they met. And they had yet another half naked loooong hug. And they stood and talked and being veeery slashy and half naked. Which they often are *points to icon* I love my OTP.

I'll post pictures later, because Fodoldbilleder.dk hasn't uploaded any pictures yet and they rule my world. No Danish picspam would be complete without Fodboldbilleder.dk

...

Oh, well. One picture.

Just imagine the hug ;)

I texted with a few different people during the match. When Søren Larsen scored his second goal I *had* to write to Mads and gloat (remember, he didn't know who Søren was last Friday. I was shocked). He wrote the most uninspiring things back and I think I let him know that I thought so. Now he just wrote: "Sorry, my dear, but I didn't have any battery left on my phone and that was all I could write. I hope you had a nice match". I got a "my dear" ("min kære", in Danish. Which sounds even more endearment-y, because you don't really say that to each other). At first it was a bit weird, because "I'm over him" (*cough*), but now I'm really happy about it. And this is why girls lose their minds: over-analysing *everything!*

So right now life is wonderful

ETA: I love how Christian isn't mentioning his own goal, but only Søren Larsen:
»Søren Larsen er virkelig "on fire".
