When You Face Tomorrow - Chapter 15

Chapter 15:
(FANS POV)
They'd all heard the rumors.
Dong Bang Shin Ki had returned as five.
None of them had wanted to place their beliefs in mere hearsay, but the evidence had been maddening.
They'd watched both sides wrap up their concerts, Homin and their promotions in Japan and JYJ with their worldwide promotions. And then, that was it.
The two of them just dropped off of the face of the planet. Not to be heard from for weeks.
Then they'd seen the posters.
"DB5K"
Nothing more nothing less.
They'd all felt anticipation crawl up their spines, "Could it be? Has it finally happened?"
As if answering their question, they saw new posters being placed in every high reaching position in Seoul.
"Tone In Heaven"
"Concert dates to be announced soon."
It was as if all hell had broken loose.
Fans, by the millions, stood outside of SME's headquarters, waiting for news of the said "legendary event".
Finally, the concert dates had been announced.
The concert was being held at Seoul Dome- A stadium designed for over 50,000 people.
Tickets were sold out in mere minutes. Some even said that servers had crashed due to the high demand. Tickets were being sold in the black market for 1.5 million won.
Now. All they had to do was wait.
Wait for all their dreams to come true and their worlds to right themselves.
The day of the First Concert:
It was dark. Pitch dark. The only thing visible was the one thing they'd all dreamed of.
One big red ocean.
They heard the first siren, signaling the start of the event.
The stadium shook with their elated screams. They felt the adrenalin pump through their veins, their pulse beating against their ear drums and their hearts clench in anticipation.
They felt their hearts skip a beat when they heard a familiar harmony- Love in the Ice. The song of Dong Bang Shin Ki's heart.
They watched, with tears of joy forming in their eyes , as five spotlights came on, illuminating five distinct bodies, one at a time.
First, Jaejoong; the soul of Dong Bang Shin Ki, standing at one end of the dome, eyes closed in concentration and a beautiful smile on his face.
Second, Changmin; the maknae, the prodigy that binds the band's hearts together, the protector of his brothers, standing on the other end of the dome, staring up at them with clear eyes and singing to them with all his heart.
Third, Yoochun; the source of unyielding love in Dong Bang Shin Ki, standing opposite his maknae, tears forming in his eyes as he continues singing the one song that they’d all been waiting to hear.
Fourth, Junsu, the source of happiness in Dong Bang Shin Ki, standing on the opposite side of the dome, his hand raised in a wave, joyously singing the soulful melody.
And finally, Yunho; the fountain head and life of Dong Bang Shin Ki, standing in the center of the dome, smiling and singing the haunting song with all the strength in the world.
They watched as four of them walked towards the center of the dome, watched as they walked towards their leader, singing without breaking the harmony and finally standing together as one.
Yes.
They were back.
Dong Bang Shin Ki had returned to them.
They were finally home.
A/N You guys better be listening to the song while you read this. I swear to god.....my hands were shaking while writing this. I SOOOO WANT THIS TO HAPPEN!!
