Work is keeping me quite busy, and so is the OTW. I, perhaps foolishly, joined the AD&T Committee this January. I guess 16 months serving on another committee weren't enough. *facepalm* But hey, there's an upcoming code release! That's pretty awesome.
I had Monday off, so I spent a long weekend in Michigan visiting with my family, and now I'm an epic amount of behind on everything. My TiVo is fussing at me. I got in plenty of baby time with my niece, who is now old enough that she's boggling at the world, smiling adorably, making hilarious verbalizations, and may soon begin teething considering how much time she spent sucking on my fingers. My fingers are tasty. So tasty it's good that you can't easily get hickies on your fingers, because otherwise I would have had to answer some awkward questions from my coworkers on Tuesday.
I have no idea what to write for picfor1000. This is my assignment. I really ought to start writing this weekend. Instead, I predict that I will do my taxes, and read more chapters of The Yiddish Policemen's Union.
In conclusion, I have a mango peach salsa candle; it smells good enough to nom.
P.S. And I clearly need to buy season 2 Psych DVDs, because I haven't seen most of the episodes, and I need MOAR SHAWN AND GUS.
