Just a word of concern - when our office was burgled, the burglers actually came back the next night to steal more. Please make sure your apt is as secure as possible when you leave tomorrow. I don't want to frighten you, and it's probable they know the cops are there, and won't dare return. But perhaps you might ask the landlord to install window gates.
And glad you all are well. Sheesh!
