Hello, internets!
I'm pleased to report that my new job is going well. I'm already completely spoiled for any other job because of how awesome it is to work where I work. Sure, it's keeping me away from fandom during the day due to the office being open plan and me being actually busy, but once I earn a few more paychecks I'll purchase a shiny new iPhone so that I can surf more covertly.
To celebrate, I timed a shopping trip to avoid the worst of the crowds for today's Cubs game. Three pairs of super cute shoes for under $100 (total)! And a pie plate. For pie. As it is difficult to make blueberry pie without a pie plate, you see.

Now I shall do laundry. And edit at least one of the Atlantis stories that have been sitting on my hard drive while I've been preoccupied with stuff.
And by tomorrow evening, I hope to catch up on the latest episode of Atlantis, along with Supernatural, some Flashpoint, oh, and Monday's Sarah Connor Chronicles. And whatever else is on my TiVo.
