Back in CA....
So I'm back in California. Disneyland was a blast. I was in the park from 8:30 am to midnight. I was exhausted after that but it was so much fun! There is definately something uber-cool about riding the monorail into the park before it is technically open to the public. (Yes Gwen, I'm just trying to make you jealous. :-P ) Anyway, now that the fun of the trip home is over it's time for the barrage of nastiness that inevitably comes with me coming homing. Example A being I'm already ready to smother my dad in his sleep. It was my second day home yesterday and he was already on me about my weight and personal appearence. Arg! So what if I haven't touched up my roots in a while, I've been busy! Grrr... It is going to be a very long summer, but on the upside if I do wind up violently murdering him because he made one too many fat remarks I'm pretty sure it would qualify as justified patricide. *Demonic wink*
Anywho, onto something that doesn't make me sound crazy/incredibly violent. I may be working at Macy's this summer. Wheras Macy's is a shit hole in Tucson, it's a pretty nice department store in California, so I don't think it will be so bad. I would have prefered to work at Nordstrom, but they're never hiring, imagine that. Anywho, this job means two things for me: 1) a paycheck woot! 2) an employee discount on Macy's fabulous selection of L.A.M.B. purses WOOHOO! So yeah, maybe working won't be that bad afterall.... :-P However, I have to get this magical job first, so we'll see how the interview goes this Friday. Stay tuned.
P.S. Grades are taking forever to be posted which is driving me nuts. Arg.
